
Here's some food for thought...
With NSW officially being the hottest place on Earth this weekend, although I still can't get my head around this, with temperatures up around the mid-40's. Just read this article from The Courier Mail to try to understand it.
Coupled with something like 60% of Queensland underwater due to flooding, high temperatures in Victoria and subsequent public transport and electricity outages and then there's South Australia being in the mid-40's last week.
How can we ignore climate change not leading to extreme weather events?
Obviously these events are not a normal cyclic event but a result of the changing nature of the planet. And what causes this changing nature?
Could it be the long-term (thousands of years) lifecycle of the planet, surely it can't be the migration of the Patagonian Toothfish, maybe it's us???
If it is us then we must do something about it...
