DR ABCD!

I just completed my Senior First Aid with Red Cross and it’s a course every good Aussie should do! Actually… I think it should be a mandatory course for year 12 students in all schools! The fact is that knowing how to perform CPR could save someone’s life and as much as we see it displayed in dramatic circumstances on our TV screens, having the opportunity to practice the correct technique is a must!
